Adds release notes for Platform Version 2026.3, noting that the Quill bundle is deprecated and will no longer be part of the Platform LTS starting with the 2027 release line. Renumbers existing release-note files to make room for the new entry and fixes the resulting links in the release-notes index and the Platform Versions overview table.

Renumbers existing release-note files to make room for the new entry and fixes the resulting links in the release-notes index and the Platform Versions overview table. * [2026.3] Update version references in CI, issue template and docs - api-tests.yml: replace the 2026.2 schedule legs / dispatch option with 2026.3 - osv-checks.yaml: add the missing v2026.2.0 leg - Bug-Report.yaml: add 2026.3 to the Affected Version dropdown - setup scripts: bump the stale 2026.1 PLATFORM_VERSION defaults to 2026.3 - CONTRIBUTING.md: point the maintenance branch hint at 2026.3 - API_TESTS.md: rewrite the outdated "New Platform Version Release" checklist * Drop the v2026.2.0 OSV leg until its ignore config exists The reusable OSV workflow runs osv-scanner with --config=tools/osv/<platform-version>.toml, sparse-checked-out from pimcore/workflows-collection-public. There is no osv/v2026.2.0.toml there yet, so the leg exits 127 instead of scanning. Document the prerequisite in the release checklist. * Update CONTRIBUTING.md for maintenance branch info Update CONTRIBUTING.md to reflect the latest maintenance branch for bug fixes.
